PLANTS:
Container Grown: Packed in boxes which carry: Up to 8 shrubs, roses or climbers in 3 to 4lt pots. Up to 20 perennials in our standard 1.4lt pots though some may be in 2-3lt, 9cm or 7cm square pots. 
We cannot bare-root pot grown plants to make up a series of small packages to send at 'small package rate'  by Post - it is not economic
Bare Root or Open Ground Plants: Some roses, bulbs & perennials may be available as such during their dormant season - orders for these must be placed by early-October. Contact for details.
Substitutes: Substitute plants will only be sent if requested. Orders for plants currently out of stock will not be held over

 
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
We regret we can only accept orders to the value of at least £15.00 UKP + Carriage.

CONSIGNMENTS BY CARRIER - OUR NORMAL SERVICE:
England, Wales & Southern Scotland (excluding offshore islands) -
24/48hr carrier: £14.95 for the 1st box then £10.50 each for further boxes on the same delivery
(+ surcharge of + £6.50 to IOW). Dispatched from Monday to Wednesday for delivery on weekdays only 8.00am-5.00pm. We cannot specify a delivery time.
Very large orders may be delivered by our own transport within 100 miles radius.
Europe - EEC Countries only - please contact for an estimated price - average price 1 box of approximately 20kg: £42.50.
* NB - A valid signature is required on delivery - if you are not in the driver will leave a contact address/telephone number for you to arrange re-delivery . Please advise an alternative delivery address if you are not normally home during the day. If you request a non-signature delivery the parcel is entirely at your risk! Please notify us if you will be away once your order has been placed - we cannot accept any responsibilty for plants if you are not there to accept them *

 
CONSIGNMENTS BY PARCELFORCE - STANDARD
Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man - Parcelforce Standard: Up to 6kg (5kg:(approx. 5 x 1.4lt pot grown perennials) £20.50, 15kg: £24.50. Dispatched Mondays.
Irish Republic- Parcelforce Standard: Up to 15kg (15 pot grown perennials approx) - £44.50. Dispatched Mondays.
Goods sent via Parcelforce Standard are entirely at customers risk

PAYMENT:
Credit/Debit Cards - Most Cards accepted (except American Express & Diners). Cards will be processed on day of dispatch the counterfoil enclosed with the plants. E-mails may not be secure and Card numbers sent by this method may be retrieved by hackers! Forward details by phone, FAX or letter.
Cheques - Sorry following the decision by Banks not to guarantee cheques these can no longer be accepted as payment.
